Hans was ook de HR Business Partner bij Randstad, met de focus op werkmaatschappijen in Zuid Europa, China, SingaporeMaleisië en Australië.
Gedurende zeven jaar maakte hij deel uit van een Pensioenbestuur van het Randstad Pensioenfonds.
Sinds 2013 is hij als zelfstandig ondernemer actief als coach, trainer en HR consultant. Hans maakt deel uit van het team van performance coaches van de Stand and Deliver Group in California.
Bij Executives' Global Network Nederland is hij voorzitter van netwerk groepen in HR en Finance.

Hans Middag is a trainer and executive coach with more than 25 years experience in the fields of sales, marketing, HR and learning and development. Hans served as Director of Learning & Development with the Dutch multinational consulting firm Randstad a global provider of HR services and the second largest staffing organization in the world, where he built development programs for hundreds of senior managers and directors. Hans also served as HR Business Partner with Randstad, with a focus on companies in Southern Europe, China, SingaporeMalaysia and Australia.
For seven years Hans was a member of the board of trustees of a pension fund.
Het started his own business MIDDAGCOACH as an independent entrepeneur, coach, trainer and HR consultant in 2013. Hans is also part of the faculty team of Stand and Deliver in California.
He's Chairman at Executives' Global Network The Netherlands for Network Groups in HR and Finance.
He holds a Bachelor of Science BS in Facility Management and is an alumnus of INSEAD Fontainebleau, IESE and IMD Lausanne.
