I’m Sarah and I accompany female professionals who are seeking change or moments of transition along their career path. Women, who are in leadership roles or making their way towards it: as employees or entrepreneurs.

I’m particularly passionate about Female Leadership and empowering women who feel ready to take over the responsibility of their career and professional development. My coaching approach is collaborative and reflective. There are no pre-set answers, but a safe space for exploration, awareness, and progress. I believe that professional development is closely connected to personal growth – that is way I pay close attention to you as a person within your professional role. As my client you benefit from my leadership experience in the arts and media industry, my consulting expertise, and my knowledge of holistic disciplines. I integrate psychodynamic and systemic perspectives to help you uncover unconscious dynamics and patterns.

Based in Amsterdam, I work both on-site and online, with clients in the Netherlands, Germany, and beyond.
