Nanna is passionate about supporting leaders, teams and organisations through key turning points and times of (complex) change. Her goal is help them to become more (aware) of who they are, to tap into their strengths—sometimes even the ones they didn’t know they had— and to explore new avenues for growth and action. These transition moments often call for a new perspective, both on themselves and the situations they are in. Nanna is there to help them to build the confidence to step outside their comfort zones, and try new ways of thinking, feeling, behaving, working, showing up…ways that feel real and true to who they are.
Nanna’s expertise has been shaped by her 25+ years of working with global organizations and leaders on complex (personal) leadership development and organizational change programs. She has worked with renowned (business) schools on transformative journeys as an executive (team)coach, facilitator, program director and leadership & change consultant. She has worked with individuals, team & groups, with multinational stock-listed companies to family businesses and across all management levels, from first-time managers to board level executives to seasoned professionals. Her clients have included ASML, SAP, STERIS, Upliift, Neste, KWF, Cartier, Adyen, Shell, Nike, Randstad, AstraZeneca, Aon, Denso Automotive and Aramco. It is through this depth and breadth of experience that she built a solid understanding of the world her clients work in, and of the personal and business leadership challenges that they face.
Specific experience of coaching Some recurring themes in Nanna’s work are: Authentic leadership, Emotional Agility, Vertical development, Personal transformation from within, Leader as coach, High performance teams, (Cross)Collaboration, Interpersonal relationships, Conflict management, Crucial conversations, Leadership transitions, Psychological safety. Nanna considers herself as an experienced expert in the field of the Inner Critic: our critical inner voice that may prevent us from thriving, that may inhibit our spontaneity on our (work)relationships and our creativity in (work)life. She researched this topic in her Master’s thesis (MSc in Executive Coaching @ Ashridge Hult Business School).
Qualifications Nanna holds a Master in Science in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge Business School (with distinction), is a Hult Ashridge coach, and is accredited with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council / European Quality Award (EMCC/EQA) at the Senior Practitioner level. She is in the final phase of her Postgraduate Certificate in Team Coaching (Hult Ashridge Business School). Nanna holds a bachelor degree in Scientific Translation in French and Spanish.
Nanna’s approach to coaching Nanna sees coaching as a creative partnership—an open, collaborative space where coachees can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface of their challenges and progress. Together, they co-create a space that feels safe and honest, where new insights and solutions can naturally emerge. Each conversation starts with real themes from the coachee’s professional life, and from there, it becomes about helping them find their own way forward. Nanna’s role is not to give answers, but to support the coachee in building their own approach—one that feels authentic, taps into their strengths, and makes room for growth.
How coachees describe Nanna: • warm and empathetic whilst being analytical and challenging • focus on the positive whilst being realistic • non-judgmental whilst holding up the mirror through giving feedback and sharing observations • a light touch with some sense of humor
