I’m a professional evidence-based coach with international qualifications, and a senior and executive agile coach. Agile with a lowercase “a” as I believe an agile mindset can benefit everyone.

I’m passionate about change and innovation. With the mounting importance of talent, growing power of the customer and rapid pace of change, our world is more demanding than ever. Keeping up with the changes requires flexibility and adaptability, ongoing transformation and innovation. And coaching is key to moving forward and turning challenges into opportunities.
