Former Director at Dell Technologies and dually certified ICF PCC and CPCC coach, specialising in leadership
transitions and performance coaching for senior professionals across the EMEA region. I bring a combination
rarely found in a single coach: 20+ years of frontline corporate leadership experience inside a Fortune 50
technology company, and professionally trained, ICF-accredited coaching depth.
I work with senior leaders, high-potential managers, and executives navigating high-pressure change,
performance demands, and career crossroads. My clients trust me not because I coach about these challenges
— I have lived them at Director level. Since founding Coaching Shoes in 2022, I have coached 50+ professionals
across the tech, corporate, and financial sectors, serving clients across EMEA in English from my base in the
Netherlands.
My work is structured around The Bridge — a proprietary six-stage leadership transition framework built from
1,000+ hours of real client sessions — taking leaders from stuck and overwhelmed to clear, confident and in
