Her background as a corporate lawyer for 18 years with global, intercultural and cross-functional teams; her international experience and her passion as professional EMCC certified team coach, come together in iTF Coaching & Training.

Bérengère is originally from Bordeaux, France. She travelled across the globe for her studies and for her work. She lived in France, Spain, Belgium, Argentina and is currently living in the Netherlands.

Through iTF Coaching & Training, Bérengère offers intercultural and systemic team coaching to accelerate the development of team leaders and their teams, and to help leverage cultural differences within organizations and create inclusive workplaces by turning team diversity into an asset.
