My mission is to help others find and unlock their fullest potential and be truly fulfilled with it.
My speciality is Performance Coaching. I also work with clients on questions around Career, Life, Business and Sports.
My main methodology is the Flow Research Collective (Peak Performance/ Flow) Coaching Framework, which consists of a combination of Solution Focused Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Positive Psychology Coaching. Furthermore, I use elements of Psychodynamic Coaching, NLP Coaching and Systematic Coaching to help people find their goals, set out a strategy and identify and alienate obstacles en route to finding and unlocking their best self.
Most importantly I use my own personal experience in life, both my successes and my learning opportunities. I worked well over a decade at Champions League-level in the Financial Services Industry and also had a nice career in Sports.
