Over deze coach

With 20+ years of work experience in nonprofit, governmental and corporate environments, I have an extensive practice in different HR areas (International, Domestic and Learning & Development) which brought me a broad perspective combined with an in-depth understanding of people, organizations, and processes. I passionately believe that people are the most precious and valuable resource and wealth that each of us has.
My experience with coaching and mentoring comes from different perspectives: internal coach, mentoring program manager (onboarding and leadership development), coaching and mentoring culture facilitator, onboarding mentor, external coach (business, wellbeing and transition), mentor-coach, trainer-coach, team coach, supervisor.
My coaching style is characterized by a solution-focused, empowering and heart-centered approach.
To recharge, I enjoy dancing and playing with my boys, taking long walks in nature, practicing Qigong, travelling and spending time with friends.
