My coaching practice is built on close to 30 years of international business experience as a senior functional leader with large organizations (Shell, PwC) which has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of leadership, the challenges of managing and working with diverse multicultural teams, and the dynamics of navigating change in global environments.I coach senior executives, executive teams and leaders in their mid-career who are motivated to increase their impact, expand their self- awareness and tackle behavioral blockers that hold them back.
