Ans Hooft is a Life Coach / Specialist Stress Counsellor / Job Coach from the Netherlands. After 20 years in HR and recruitment in The Netherlands, China and South Africa she decided to focus on one-on-one coaching. She has a private practice in Shanghai since 2011. As a coach she will help you cope with life transitions and life challenges in a practical and respectful way. Through a brief series of one-on-one discussions, she will encourage you to address lingering issues, identify solutions and work towards regaining a sense of balance in your life. Sessions may include personal and career goal setting and learning strategies on how to effectively deal with difficult relationships and other stress-related issues.
Besides her coaching practice she is a Consultant for NetExpat, the worldwide leader in Career & Life Transition programs for relocating families, as well as a friend of Lifeline Shanghai, the anonymous English-language helpline in Shanghai.
