As a multilingual strategy coach and leadership mentor, I am passionate about transforming human capital into economic capital. I combine international HR management experience with consulting experience and have a proven track record in business transformation and measurable organizational change.

Presently, I am coaching senior executives to enable them to create business value, deliver sustainable results and grow leadership capabilities. By combining recognizable “hard” business models and “soft” development tools, I help them thrive in complex environments where, among others, prioritizing, stakeholder management and personal branding are key to success.

I further mentor HR professionals to increase their business impact, lead HR and talent management projects, and design and facilitate leadership workshops. Some of my consultancy clients include leaders in retail, utilities, automotive, healthcare and financial services. I am also a lecturer, business and HR, in adult education.

Previously I served on the Board of Directors of Febelfin Academy, the competence center of the Belgian Financial Sector Federation. I also had regional and global executive roles with ING Group, a Fortune 100 company. Some of my achievements include winning the CEO award for changing the company culture, increasing mergers & acquisitions capabilities in the Americas and enabling Board members to adopt new business perspectives.

Earlier on, I was training manager at the Belgian Royal Superior Institute for Defense, a freelance business consultant and a PhD research assistant, publishing scientific research in leading academic journals.

I am an alumnus from both IMD Business School (Switzerland) and London Business School (United Kingdom). I hold a Master’s in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the Universities of Leuven (Belgium) and Amsterdam (the Netherlands). I also received a MBA, summa cum laude, from the Solvay Management School and the University of Brussels (Belgium).

A member of several professional associations and a Six Sigma Executive Green Belt, I am certified in both traditional coaching by the Coaches Training Institute (U.S.) and in new formats of online coaching by eCoachPro (the Netherlands), as well as in other instruments and tools. I speak four languages (English, Dutch, French and German) and have a passion for quality chocolate. If I am not travelling, I reside in Belgium.
