I am an executive and leadership coach working with senior leaders in complex, fast-moving organisations. My focus is clarity under pressure: supporting leaders to think, decide, and act with greater precision when stakes and interdependencies are high.

With a background in organisational systems and a strong grounding in coaching psychology and Transactional Analysis, I work at the intersection of reflection and responsibility.

My approach is calm, direct and systemic. I help leaders see patterns, strengthen judgment, and expand their range of response — not by adding more tools, but by sharpening awareness where it matters.
