Having spend many years training to become a professional modern dancer, my first career-to-be ended at age 23 due to what turned out to be a ‘broken’ Achilles heel. Having lost my heart to dancing at age 7, I was now lost for meaning. I turned to my other capacities and completed a Master in Art and Culture Sciences at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. In my work I kept looking for fulfilment.

My career turned out to be multidisciplinary, ranging from performing ánd managing business in the arts to coaching and facilitating professional and personal development.

In 2008 I officially started my entrepreneurship. Looking back, I can see that my road has revealed my values: wholeheartedness and autonomy. The work of Brené has been a turning point in my life and career. It has given me the language and tools to do work that feels natural and meaningful to me.

My work focusses on communication, speaking and leadership skills. ‘Who we are, is how we lead’, Brené says. Showing up, being authentic and real, is crucial in leadership and life.

I work individually or in groups, with team leaders, project leaders, change consultants, managers, teams and private clients working at Dutch Municipalities, pharmaceutical research companies, The Ministry of Defence, Erasmus Medical Centre, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the Technical University Delft.

The essence of my life turns around raising two young children who love to sing all day and the other loves in my life. I very much enjoy playing the piano and I feel very alive when rock climbing or hiking in the Italian Dolomites with my sister.
